Appropriately, at CTAM last week, Akimbo<\/strong> announced that they are offering their service to cable companies<\/strong> to help them provide their customers with the \u201clong-tail\u201d <\/strong>of video on demand. <\/p>\n Roger\u2019s review of the service provides some interesting insight into how the service changes people\u2019s behavior<\/strong>. He suggested that, in addition to interacting with the television, he found that the length and the way the programming was retrieved caused him and his wife to interact with each other as they discussed what they would watch.
