In this Issue: iTVcc, Smaller is Beautiful, Fiber to the Fridge, MPEG Tools and More….<\/em> <\/b><\/p>\n \u00a0 <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Sponsors<\/strong><\/p>\n Independent Telco Video Content Conference – We’ve only just begun<\/strong> <\/p>\n The results are in for the iTVcc and it rated 3.5 out of 4<\/strong> among the telcos responding to the question, \u201cIn general, was the conference\u2019s content valuable to your operation?\u201d I was quite pleased with the conference. The speakers each brought a different perspective, were well prepared and gave thought-provoking presentations. Probably the biggest criticism was there was just, \u201ctoo much content for one day\u201d. <\/p>\n Except for the notable absence of Elvis<\/strong>, the conference felt an awfully lot like my wedding. Like my wedding, there were lots of friends, some old and some new, such that I never had a chance to talk to anyone for any length. I was always in a kind of whirlwind, so I really didn\u2019t get a chance to listen intently to any of the speakers. Fortunately, we videotaped<\/strong> the entire day and, unlike my wedding, the audio is very clear. And we ended the day with a fun party that punctuated a day of learning and lively exchanges. <\/p>\n The following video attempts to capture the essence of the entire day in one minute.
