Do I need an ASCAP license for that?<\/li>\n<li>What is the status of HDTV and must-carry?<\/li>\n<li>To what degree do I need to provide encryption within my network?<\/li>\n<li>What is the minimum number of subscribers required for success at              local ad insertion?<\/li>\n<li>What are some techniques that have worked for marketing video services?            <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hotel Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Rooms at the Venetian seem to be going quickly.
