Our custom-designed, 2400-square-foot spacious Tahoe home is located in the Tahoe-Donner community on 2 lots, only 25 minutes from Reno and three and one-half hours from the Bay Area. It features an open floor plan perfect for entertaining and enough room for multiple families to relax and enjoy the comforts of mountain living. Kids can enjoy the private snow-play level lot behind the house. EASY, level driveway with extra parking for guests.
This home is ideal for company retreats and gatherings. Summers in Tahoe is relaxing whether you want to boat on the lake, horse back ride at the Donner Equestrian Center, hiking, swimming in the 3 pools, work out facility and tennis courts. We are conveniently located 20 minutes from internationally-rated ski resorts such as Squaw Valley USA, Alpine Meadows, Northstar and Sugar Bowl. Discount ski tickets are available from the owner.
The bedroom configurations are: one king-sized bed, two double beds in the same room downstairs, a queen-size bed in each of the 2 rooms upstairs. Plus we have a sofa bed in the loft upstairs and a single roll-away available along with two aerobeds (Single and Queen Size).
The backyard overlooks the forest and relax on the deck furniture and patio table/chairs, new bbq on our spacious multi level deck. Truly get away to this relaxing home in Lake Tahoe with all the amenities and activities available in the area. Sorry, no pets allowed.
